For housing providers & principal contractors
Local engineers. A defined package. A clear responsibility.
Domestic heating and plumbing support for servicing programmes, responsive repairs and planned works.
Our current delivery experience is in domestic repairs and insurance-network work: time-sensitive visits, controlled authorisations, findings and follow-on recommendations. We are now developing housing partnerships, with scope, onboarding and capacity agreed before mobilisation.
Servicing & gas safety
Planned boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks around an agreed route and the client’s reporting requirements.
Responsive heating & plumbing
Heating, hot-water and plumbing faults, with the authorisation, escalation and reporting a managed repairs service needs.
Planned boiler replacements
Defined replacement programmes with material supply, access, installation scope, commissioning and handover agreed first.
Void & follow-on works
Heating and plumbing packages in empty homes, or authorised repairs following a diagnostic visit.
How we would start
- Agree an initial package: geography, workstream, expected volume and pricing basis.
- Complete onboarding: insurance, engineer categories, H&S, resident access, safeguarding and reporting.
- Confirm mobilisation: realistic start date, capacity commitment and contact routes.
- Review before expanding: use agreed measures and actual workload to plan the next step.
Resident requirements belong in the plan
Access arrangements, communication needs and the client’s resident-care procedures are agreed before attendance, including how engineers identify themselves, record no-access visits and escalate concerns.
