An annual service keeps your boiler safe, helps it run efficiently, and is usually required to keep a manufacturer’s warranty valid. Book with our directly employed Gas Safe engineers.

- Visual and safety checks of the boiler, flue and surrounding area
- Flue gas analysis to check the boiler is burning safely and efficiently
- Checks of gas pressure, controls, safety devices and condensate pipe
- Cleaning and inspection of internal parts where the manufacturer requires it
- System pressure, expansion vessel and visible pipework checks
- Written record of what was checked and anything we recommend
Why service every year?
Most boiler manufacturers make an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer a condition of the warranty. A service also spots worn parts before they fail in the middle of winter, and checks that the boiler is burning safely. Carbon monoxide has no smell, so a working CO alarm near the boiler is a good idea as well.

After your first service we can remind you when the next one is due, so you do not have to remember. Just tell us when you book.
